![]() When & Where:July 9, 2022 | Perry Chalk Art Festival 2022 Come to Perry, NY July 9th for a Saturday of fine art, fantastic food and fabulous summer fun at the sixteenth annual Perry Chalk Art Festival! Stroll downtown Perry and see professional artists shape gigantic pastel artworks on the theme “Down to Earth”. Cheer on youth artists competing for prizes and encourage young Aspiring Artists to try chalking. And see artist Erika Lalita creating a super-sized chalk work under the Festival Plaza pavilion. We are excited to announce the 2022 Featured Artist--TeeJay Dill! TeeJay is a particularly reclusive humanoid cryptid. As a child, she found her sanctuary in books where the illustrations that she met befriended and protected her. In exchange she vowed to do everything in her power to proliferate their kind and expand the fantastical realms. Since then she has attempted to fulfill this destiny by decorating and drawing on all sorts of things - even people if they sit still long enough. TeeJay has been tattooing professionally since 1991 and is the owner of both locations of White Tiger Tattoo (in Rochester & Webster, NY). Erika Lalita will be back with an extra large 10x14 chalk masterpiece! Event Schedule-Perry Chalk Art Festival
