    Each November, we are treated to a special original production, a local variety show, known as "the Rotary Show" (two performances -- on Monday and Tuesday), brought to us by the Perry Rotary Club.

    This production never disappoints—Perry Rotarians perform their annual variety using the wide-ranging talents, wit, humor, musical skills and more.

    It’s always great entertainment, that benefits a great organization! Experience Perry through this unique live performance (that is also a great tradition), developed and presented by members of the community.

    During Free Fishing Days/Weekends, anyone can fish the fresh or marine waters of New York State and no fishing license or recreational marine fishing registry is required! All other freshwater and saltwater fishing regulations still apply.

    The 3rd Feed the Need Gala, in honor of Anita Billings, is a culinary event presented by The Hole in the Wall Restaurant & Lounge that will feature appetizers crafted by Chefs Stephen Kingston (GVEP) and Travis Barlow (HW) & created by GVEP culinary talent.

    For this event, Genesee Valley Educational Partnership (GVEP) students will have the opportunity to join forces with the Hole in the Wall (HW) restaurant staff and volunteers to produce the event.

    Silver Serpent Triathlon is coming June 2, 201 to Silver Lake and promises to be the event that everyone needs to have on their calendar. The race will feature challenging hills known as the "Serpent's Spine." 

    Four different races will be available to meet every athlete's needs: 

    - Olympic Triathlon
    - Olympic Aquabike
    - Sprint Triathlon
    - Sprint Aquabike

    Show begins at 9am at the Charcoal Corral. 

    Registration is from 9AM to 11:30AM; registration fee is $10.00 per tractor.  

     *plus: Kelly’s Old Timers*

    Parade Route: 

    • 12 Noon: Leave from the Charcoal Corral
    • Take Rt. 39 South to East Lake Rd., to West Lake Rd., to Oatka Rd. to Federal St. to Rt. 39, back to the Corral. Lunch and/or refreshments may be purchased at The Charcoal Corral. 

    This is a “just for fun event”; however, there are some 

    Rules & Regulations:

    • Only driver allowed on tractor...no riders allowed! (Sorry, we must include cab tractors, as well)
    • Drivers must have a valid NYS Driver’s License. 
    • All tractors must have SMV sign mounted on rear.
    • It is the responsibility of each driver to have own insurance coverage in place. Drive is not sponsored by any persons or organizations. 
    • Leader will establish pace of 6-7 MPH. Your tractor MUST be able to maintain that speed. Common sense rule for tractor size.

Pieces of Perry—Plein Air Festival

Join the artists who are painting, or watch them work en plein air on Saturday 9/16 along the Silver Lake Trail.  On Sunday 9/17, enjoy the exhibit and auction of the works created at the Hole in the Wall (Auction tickets $20; 585-237-3003).
